You cannot create a skin care product that would be absolutely safe. In this case it does not make any sense. You always have to take into consideration the potential risk of allergic reactions to active ingredients. In some cases, like chemical peeling, the skin damage could even be a positive effect. Off course, the skin care product should remain non toxic, but this is more a question of active ingredients dosage control rather than their presence. |
